BEES BY NARISAWA

In the longest-running dining residency at the Club to date, we welcomed BEES by Narisawa to Level 3—beginning with an initial five-week run before evolving into our exclusive, members-only restaurant over the course of nine months.
It was an honour to bring to life the vision of Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa—the mind behind the one-MICHELIN-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo–with refined interpretations of Japanese comfort food.
LE DU

In its first offsite culinary takeover, Mandala Club welcomed culinary heavyweight Le Du, the No.1 restaurant on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, to Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. Helmed by award-winning Thai chef ThiTid “Ton” Tassanakajohn, the 12-day pop-up saw Chef Ton and his full team of 26 deliver a specially curated tasting menu that reimagined traditional Thai flavours through a refined, modern lens—all rooted in Thailand’s finest seasonal produce.
MASL

Mandala Club played host to another world-renowned culinary collaboration—this time from Latin America’s most celebrated chef duo, Virgilio Martínez and Pía León, the visionary minds behind Central, Kjolle, and MIL. Their residency, titled MASL (short for Meters Above Sea Level), marked their first-ever joint project outside of Peru and introduced a once-in-a-lifetime tasting menu inspired by the vast biodiversity of their homeland.
INDIAN ACCENT

Hailing from Mumbai, India, Mandala Club proudly welcomed Indian Accent—renowned as a pioneer of modern Indian cuisine—for two exclusive weeks. Chefs Manish Mehrotra and Shantanu Mehrotra brought their award‑winning finesse to our kitchens, presenting reimagined Indian classics: a symphony of bold, nostalgic flavours elevated through innovative technique.
MIRAZUR

In the summer of 2021, Mandala Club proudly hosted the first-ever Asian residency of Mirazur—the three-MICHELIN-starred restaurant crowned Best Restaurant in the World by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. Helmed by acclaimed Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco, the three-month residency unfolded on the ground floor of the Club, which was transformed into an immersive lunar garden — a sensory landscape curated by The Artling, complete with a living botanical installation by The Humid House.
