POPI’S, the namesake of Mandala Club’s flagship restaurant in Singapore, will offer lunch, aprés and dinner experiences daily throughout the season celebrating the plenitude of local produce, punctuated by visiting chefs offering culinary collaborations and the club’s iconic ‘Cultural Calendar’ of event programming.
Children of all ages are welcome in POPI’S where we’ll be serving a delicious kids menu.
Lunch: Mon – Sat, 12pm – 3pm | Sun, 12pm – 6pm
Dinner: Mon – Sat, 6pm – 10pm
Après: Sun, 2pm – 4pm

MEET THE CHIEF COLLABORATOR
A familiar face within the Mandala Club family, the famed Canadian Sake Samurai, Elliot Faber, takes the helm of our Niseko residency. He oversees every facet of Mandala Club Niseko, from the culinary and libations offerings to the star-studded line-up of visiting chefs who will warmly welcome you to our Niseko haven.
Did you know? Elliot is also the co-author behind the astounding 420-page book, “Saké: The History, Stories, and Craft of Japan’s Artisanal Breweries.” During his residency, Elliot will divulge the secrets of sake craftsmanship with regular tastings of his favourite bottlings.

Malaysian Australian Chef Esca Khoo is a mastermind in food artistry. He is a rising star and is one of the most exciting chefs right now. Known for his creative genre bending style and neo-Asian cuisine. An epicurean visionary, culinary luminary and trailblazer in the food world. Chef Esca is reimagining, redefining & recreating Asian gastronomy, with over 16 years of experience working in the best kitchen and learning under legendary chefs such as Rene Redzepi, Heston Blumenthal, Martin Benn and more.
In past year, he has travelled the globe to do takeovers, pop ups, curation of food concepts and collaborations with the best, from renowned establishments to world 50 best & Michelin starred restaurants and iconic institutions.
