Lisa is an energetic mum of three boys who lives and breathes her love for exercise. During her time abroad in Singapore (10years)  Lisa founded Singapores larges fitness community OZFIT which then turned into UFIT Bootcamps, with over 2000 members.

After relocating with her family to Australia last year, Lisa has continued to expand her passion for health and fitness, by co-founding The Active Circle, supported by her many personal ventures.

Over the past decade, Lisa has guided & motivated thousands of people to do more with their fitness than they ever thought they could and is constantly inspired by the achievements within her outdoor fitness communities and ran 7 sell out fitness retreats in Bali.

Lisa focuses on maintaining an active lifestyle while challenging herself personally and providing a balance for her mind body. She believes the benefits of exercise extend into all aspects of life.

Rebecca is HK-raised, and Singapore-based with a love of all things fitness and health. She is the founder of CoveFit Pte. Ltd., a niche business offering female-focused personal training and bootcamp classes on Sentosa, Singapore.

She is a qualified Personal Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness and also holds certifications in Sports Nutrition (Precision Nutrition), Pre and Postnatal Training (ACE & The Centre of Women’s Fitness), Women’s Coaching (GGS), Kettlebell Training, Training For Warriors, and Level 1&2 Thump Boxing.

As a mother of two teenage girls, Rebecca’s passion lies in working with women to achieve their fitness goals, whether they are relatively new to fitness; looking for exercise advice during pregnancy and wanting to return safely to exercise post-pregnancy; looking to rehab from injury; or athletes wanting to take their training to the next level and get stronger and fitter and / or meet specific training goals.

A lover of adventure and always up for a challenge, she has competed in a number of sports including dragon boating, outrigger canoeing, field hockey, cycling, triathlon, OCR racing and running. One of her greatest sporting achievements was qualifying for the Spartan World Championship, which unfortunately never materialised due to injury. This accident prone athlete is happiest when hitting the trails and you will most likely find her at the weekend running around Sentosa and indulging in her coffee and croissant addiction.

Alyssa grew up practicing gymnastics and ballet at an early age in Singapore. She discovered yoga later in life as a great way to continue improving her mobility and fitness.

As much as Alyssa found yoga to be physically beneficial, she understood the importance of yoga in sustaining her mental and spiritual wellbeing. Her mat became a safe space for her to release the stress and tension that came with the demanding rigour of law school.

After graduating she realised she was more passionate about fitness and helping others work towards their goals.

She is now a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and a certified personal trainer with ACE. She has since worked for top fitness studios across Singapore, teaching yoga, barre, boxing and HIIT.

Alyssa now heads the group class programming at Mandala Club.
