What is Mandala at M.O.?

Mandala at M.O. is a collaboration between Mandala Club and Mandarin Oriental, Singapore which gives Mandala Club members access to a range of spaces and benefits at the hotel, including access to HAUS 65, a co-curated lounge space on the 21st Floor, The Pool Terrace, gym and spa. 

Mandala Club members also receive a 20% discount on the best available room rates and a 15% discount on food and beverages at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s restaurants* and spa.

 

Who can access Mandala at M.O. spaces?

Mandala Club members will have access to all spaces and benefits. Please see below for the guest policy at each venue:

  • HAUS 65: Members may bring one guest. No children, at and under the age of 12, are permitted at the venue.
  • The Pool Terrace: Members may bring two adult guests and children under the age of 12. Members can book up to two sunbeds per session. Cabanas are allocated on a first-come-first served basis and can accommodate a maximum part size of four.
  • The Gym: The Gym and wellness classes are for members only.
  • The Spa: The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, is a public space open to all, though only Mandala Club members are entitled to their 15% discount on spa treatments and selected retail items.

 

How do I access Mandala at M.O. spaces?

To access, members will need their HAUS 65 access card. 

Your card will give you lift access to Level 5 where you’ll find The Pool Terrace, The Spa and The Gym and to Level 21 where HAUS 65 is located, adjacent to the lift lobby. This card will also allow you access to the gym.

You may pick-up your HAUS 65 cards via the Mandala Club reception team or Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, concierge team.

Do we have complimentary parking at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore?

Mandala Club members can claim their complimentary parking coupons when they present their receipts (no minimum spending) at the lobby concierge desk.

 

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes, to avoid disappointment Mandala Club members are strongly advised to book HAUS 65, The Pool Terrace and all gym classes via the Member App. Spa treatments, as well as restaurants and bars that are open to public can be booked via the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore website. No booking is required at the gym and you’ll be able to access it on a first come first served basis.

 

Who can use Mandala at M.O. discounts?

Mandala Club members receive a 20% discount on the best available room rates and a 15% discount on food and drinks at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s restaurants*and spa. 

  • Rooms: Please refer to your Member App for the unique booking code. Mandala Club member must be staying in the room to utilise the discount.
  • Spa: Discount is applicable for member treatments only.
  • HAUS 65: No discounts are available within HAUS 65.
  • Food & Beverage*: Discount is available for members and guests dining within their party.

HAUS 65

What is HAUS 65?

HAUS 65 is a co-curated club lounge space on the 21st-floor of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, with fine wine at its core. Serving a menu of Mandala Club classics throughout the day, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner with views of the Singapore skyline. Visit the Wine Room to discover a 1,000 label wine list.

 

What are the opening hours?

Mandala Club will be operating HAUS 65 during the below hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 11pm
  • HAUS 65 will be closed on Sundays

 

Will I still be able to use Mandarin Oriental’s facilities on Sundays if HAUS 65 is not open to members?

Yes, members are able to book and use the Pool Terrace, The Spa and The Gym on Sundays.

 

Am I required to make a booking at HAUS 65?

Yes, you can book an access time-slot at HAUS 65 via the Member App, or walk-in on a first-come first-serve basis subject to availability. Pre-booking is highly recommended via the Member App to secure availability/seats.

 

What do I need for access to HAUS 65?

HAUS 65 key card and your membership ID number is required for access.

 

What happens if I forget my keycard?

You may present your membership ID number on the member app in the event that you forget to bring your key card or it’s misplaced and someone from Mandarin Oriental’s concierge will bring you up to the lounge.

 

What is the minimum age to enter HAUS 65?

The minimum age requirement is 12 years and above.

 

What is the dress code?

Members and guests should dress comfortable, in a manner that reflects their own personal style, with exceptions. Flip-flops and sports attire are not permitted at HAUS 65. Gentlemen must not wear sleeveless tops. 

 

What is the Wifi code in HAUS 65?

Please use the code ’23mandarin’.

Food & Beverage

Do Mandala Club members receive discounts on food and beverage at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s restaurants and bars?

*Yes, Mandala Club members enjoy a 15% discount on food and drinks at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore restaurants and bars including alcoholic beverages.

  • The food and beverage discount applies to embu, Cherry Garden, Dolce Vita, Bay@5, MO BAR and The Mandarin Cake Shop, retail items including festive items.
  • Please note that the food and beverage discount does not apply to HAUS 65, and Morton’s, The Steakhouse.

F&B discounts apply 7 days a week, aside from public holidays.

*Members must be present and discount is restricted to a maximum of 24 people.
*Discounts are not available on Public Holidays.

 

Will I be able to have my bill charged to my member account?

All charges will have to be settled at the time of consumption, member account charges not available.

 

Can I use my Mandala Club credit at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore?

No, credit can only be redeemed at Mandala Club, Singapore.

The Pool Terrace

What are the opening hours?

7am to 7pm daily.

 

Am I able to book the pool?

Yes, members are able to bring one adult guest and children under the age of 12.

 

What do I need to access the Pool?

Please bring your HAUS 65 access card, and show your Member App and booking confirmation.

 

Will there be a no-show charge?

No, however, if you cancel more than twice within the 24 hours prior to your booking, your booking privileges at The Pool Terrace may be suspended for 30 days.

 

How many sunbeds can I book per session?

Members can reserve up to two sunbeds per session. You may invite two adults and children below the age of 12.

 

Am I able to book the poolside cabanas?

The poolside cabanas are non-reservable and available on a first-come first-serve basis, there is no minimum spend.

 

What is the capacity for each cabana?

There is a maximum capacity of four guests.

 

What is the age restriction for the pool?

There is no age limit for access to the pool.

 

Will there be food and drinks at the pool?

Yes, an A-la-Carte food menu is available from Bay@5 from 12pm to 7pm and a drinks menu available from 8am to 7pm.

Gym / Wellness Programming

What are the gym’s opening hours?

7am to 10pm daily.

 

Do I need to book the gym?

Walk-ins are permitted on a first come first served basis, pre-booking is required for gym classes via the Mandala Club member app. Please refer to the wellness calendar for more information.

 

Will there by gym classes?

Yes, there will be a weekly line-up of classes by The Mandala Wellness Team (i.e., sunrise yoga and HIIT bootcamps).

What do I need to access the gym?

Members require their HAUS 65 access card and member identification via the Member App.

 

Will there be gym lockers?

Unfortunately, there are no lockers available at the gym.

 

Where are the changing/shower rooms?

You can find the changing/shower rooms behind Dolce Vita on your way to the gym. Kindly note, that there is only one per gender.

 

Are towels available at the gym?

Yes, towels are available. Please ask a member of the gym staff to assist.

 

Are the wellness classes complimentary for members?

Yes, all wellness classes are complimentary for members and M.O. guests. A gym induction or personal training session can be arranged to show you how to use and enjoy the gym. Please contact the Mandala Club membership team to arrange this.

The Spa

What are the opening hours?

The Spa is open from 9.30am to 9pm daily.

 

Am I able to walk-in without a booking?

Pre-booking is highly recommended via the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore website.
Walk-in treatments are subject to availability.

 

Do I get a discount on the Spa treatments and retail items?

Mandala Club members receive a 15% discount on treatments and selected retail items. Please note that discounts are only applicable to members’ treatments. You will need to show your HAUS 65 card and Mandala Club Member App to enjoy the discount.

Guest Rooms & Suites

What is the discount for room and suite bookings?

Mandala Club members receive a 20% discount on the best available rates at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore. Members must be staying in the room and the benefit is non-transferable.

 

How can I book a bedroom?

Please visit the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore website to book.

 

What is the booking code required for room bookings?

Please refer to your Member App for the unique booking code. Mandala Club member must be staying in the room to utilise the discount.

Private Events, Function Rooms & Catering

Will members be able to book out HAUS 65 for private events?

Yes, members may book The Library and The Wine Cellar for intimate gatherings/parties not more than 10-15pax.

 

Am I able to book Mandarin Oriental’s function rooms for private/MICE events and weddings?

Yes, there will be preferential rates based on booking requirements. Kindly contact one of Mandarin Oriental, Singapore’s staff for further enquiries.
