Will the chef be here throughout the entire pop up/residency?

Virgillo & Pia’s travel to Singapore will adhere to government guidance and any evolving travel measures. They will be taking care of their restaurants worldwide and prior commitments. They are supported by core team of over twenty leading chefs and front-of-house staff from Peru who will be in Singapore throughout the entire duration of the residency. Enthusiastic to create a residency with a difference the menu will be specifically for this pop-up that will never be recreated again.


Can we take photos and videos of the restaurant?

Yes, absolutely. Just be mindful of the privacy and discretion of fellow diners.


Do you accept walk-ins?

A confirmed booking will be required to dine in.


Can we make reservations on the spot or online only?

We only accept online reservations via www.mandala.club.


Do I need to prepay beforehand or can I settle the bill at the table?

The full payment beforehand is required to confirm and secure your reservation. Anything extra consumed on the day shall be paid after your dining experience.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.


Is there any corkage charges or 1-for-1 or bring your own?

We kindly ask that you do not bring wine or any other beverages from outside the restaurant. Only food and beverage purchased at the venue is permitted for consumption in the restaurant.


Do you have a menu that we can choose or view?

We will only have one menu for minimum of a 8-course lunch and one menu for minimum of a 11-course dinner. Part of the MASL Experience is the element of surprise meaning that the dishes cannot be revealed prior to the meal.


Do you have a wine list?

Yes, we do, however our wine pairing will also be part of the surprise element and cannot be previewed. We will also have a wine list that changes daily. Any questions about the wines, we can always put you in contact with our lovely sommelier!


Are kids allowed to dine? What is the minimum age required to dine in?

We are family-friendly and welcome children 13 years and above to dine with us for the set degustation. If any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact reservation team.


Can menus accommodate special dietaries or allergies?

Due to the special format of the menu, dietary preferences cannot be guaranteed. However, the MASL team will make every effort to accommodate most special requirements.  Please get in touch with any specific details, for each of your guests a minimum of 1 week prior to the date of booking, requests after this time will unfortunately not be able to be accommodated.


I have a special occasion to celebrate, can I bring my own cake or own wine?

Please do not bring your own cake as we are always more than happy to serve a special dessert for your occasion at the end of the meal. We kindly ask not to bring any wines from outside of the restaurant.


Can we make multiple bookings and request to sit side by side?

We would recommend contacting the reservation team to inquire about the seats and we will do our best to accommodate you.


How long is the entire dining experience?

MASL experience usually lasts 2 hours for lunch and 3 hours for dinner.


Can I add 1 more or reduce 1 person to/from my table after purchasing the tickets/confirming the reservations?

No refund or change to your booking will be offered under any circumstance. You may be able to add a guest to a table but is subject to availability. You can also transfer your ticket to another guest.


What if I am unable to make it last minute due to emergencies, can I get refunded for my tickets or can I transfer my spot to another person as a replacement?

Given the unique nature of the residency, no refunds will be offered. But transferring  your booking to another guest is allowed. Cancellations and refunds will be at the discretion of the organiser for special extenuating circumstances.


Will we be able to get a full refund? Can we reschedule the booking?

Given the unique nature of the residency, no refund to your booking will be offered under any circumstance. Rescheduling will be subjected to availability and at the discretion of the organiser for special extenuating circumstances.


What if I am running late, any grace period or will my spot be forfeited?

Mandala Club Presents MASL is a 2-3 hour experience, please arrive on time. Latecomers will regrettably not be able to enjoy the full experience, as dictated by time of arrival.


What if the government’s Covid’19 regulations (e.g. Dine-in suspension) affects the reservations, can we get a refund or reschedule?

The payment is non-refundable and we have a zero cancellation policy. In the event that a change of official regulations prohibits us honouring your booking, we will reschedule your reservation.


What is the dress code for this dining experience?

Smart Casual, no flipflops and shorts.


Do I need to be fully vaccinated to dine in?

We are only accepting fully vaccinated customers or diners with negative PET results within 24 hours of dining.


If not vaccinated, can I get a PET?

Yes. Please ensure you get tested at a MOH-approved clinic within 24 hours of your reservation.


Are you pet friendly?

We would love to but unfortunately we are not, with the exception of guide dogs.


Must I be a member to dine in?

No. Members are offered priority access and booking privileges ahead of the release of public tickets. Tables must be booked in advance by www.mandala.club


Can I, a member book for a non-member to dine at MASL?

Members are offered priority access and booking privileges ahead of the release of public tickets. Members priority booking is strictly for members. Booking on behalf of non-members from can be done only if the member is attending the dinner or lunch

Members can assist non-member to book via the app after July 5th 2022, 12pm
